Departments

At the Jackson County Water & Sewerage Authority (JCWSA), our team is organized into key departments that work together to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient water and sewer service for our community. These core departments include Finance, Water, Sewer, and Engineering. In addition, Information Technology (IT), Human Resources (HR), Building Maintenance, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) operate under the direct supervision of the Authority’s General Manager. Together, we provide essential services, maintain regulatory compliance, and plan for future growth, all while remaining on-call 24/7 to respond to emergencies and protect public health and safety.
