JCWSA’s Finance Department is committed to transparency, accountability, and excellence in financial stewardship. Led by our long-serving Finance Director, who brings over 19 years of dedicated service to the Authority, the department ensures that every dollar is responsibly managed to support the vital services we provide. As a proud member of both the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) and the Georgia Government Finance Officers Association (GGFOA), our Finance Director currently serves on the GFOA Utility Finance Committee and has earned the prestigious GFOA Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for 17 consecutive years.
Behind this leadership is an exceptional support staff that keeps the department running smoothly, handling everything from customer service and billing to meter reading and accounts receivable/payable. Together, this team plays a critical role in keeping our financial operations accurate, timely, and responsive to the needs of our customers. To promote openness and accessibility, we also provide a user-friendly online financial portal, available under this website's "About" and "Financial Reports & Budgets" sections, offering the public a clear window into our financial performance and accountability.
