Temporary Water Disruption 4/21/26

Attention JCWSA customers: 

Jackson EMC will be interrupting power service at Bear Creek Reservoir on Tuesday, April 21, between about 10:00 p.m. and midnight to install a new substation.

During that time and throughout the night, some customers may see lower water pressure or a temporary loss of service. Our crews will be working throughout the night during the outage to keep as many customers in service as possible and restore normal service as quickly as we can.

We know this is inconvenient and appreciate your patience. Please plan ahead for possible service interruptions during that time.
